By default this site does not use cookies. If we ever enable an analytics tool that uses cookies, we will ask for your consent first and set no cookies until you accept.
When you contact us by phone, LINE or Facebook
Information you share through these channels (for example your name, phone number or photos of your scrap) is used only to quote a price and arrange a pickup. LINE and Facebook are also governed by their own privacy policies.
Retention
- Security logs: according to our hosting provider’s standard retention.
- Anonymous statistics: up to 90 days.
- Information from purchase enquiries: only as long as needed for the transaction and as required by law.
Your rights
